What happens if I eat food from my red list?

Eating foods from Red (or Yellow) List hamper progress in the implementation of the Program. Red food indicates the highest level of reactivity among Test results and is the most likely cause of your health problems. So eating foods from red list is the best way of wasting the achievements arising from the implementation of the program. Patients who admit to occasional consumption of red or yellow foods perceive that it is often accompanied by worsening of symptoms as evidence of their wrongdoing. Back to eating reactive foods cause water retention and sudden weight gain, troublesome headaches, fatigue or general malaise.
