What are the refined carbohydrates?

Carbohydrates refined is processed food rich in simple sugars which should be consumed in small amounts, since it has far less nutritional value than their natural counterparts, and must be consumed in small quantities. White sugar, white flour, corn syrup, and food containing them (bread, cookies, candy, etc.) are examples of refined carbohydrates. If simple sugars are consumed frequently, the residue of the not used or processed by liver sugars will be stored as fat.
