I know that I’m allergic to certain foods, but the MRT test shows no reaction. Why?

MRT test identifies food and chemical food additives that cause food hypersensitivity and is the most reliable blood test for the type of reaction. The MRT test may not detect your certain food allergies, due to the immune response of releasing mechanism. Direct food allergies, released by IgE antibodies, usually cannot be detected by the MRT test because they cause other immune mechanisms. Sometimes your “allergy” is not real allergy but rather food intolerance of enzymatic origin that can be not detected by the MRT test because of lack of immune’s system reaction. If you know the foods that causes adverse reactions to your body, it would be the best to avoid them.
