How long should I avoid reactive (red and yellow) food?

The most important is to avoid foods that our immunological system reacts on. The best way to ensure that the reactive foods are already safe for us is gradual and cautious, putting them into your diet one by one, over the course no shorter than 7 days and observing the organism reactions. The first test can be taken no earlier than 6 months after the withdrawal of reactive foods from your diet. ATTENTION. Sensitivity to certain foods (even those yellow) may stay forever.
