How can I be allergic to this product – I eat it all the time?

One of the food hypersensitivity problems is that potentially it may be caused by any type of food or chemical food additive. Most frequently the reason of our problems is one or more foods consumed regularly. Hypersensitivities often develop over a relatively long period of time and slowly increasing ailments are treated as „normal”. Consumption of reactive products in such circumstances cannot cause a dramatic reaction. Stopping eating reactive food and its reintroduction into the diet can cause violent reactions of the body. If we know that the product is not good for us, then there is no justification for its consumption. Foods such as garlic, fresh vegetables, fresh fish, provide important nutrients and usually are healthy. However any product which can release immune system reaction isn’t good for us even if the media promote it as a good for health.
