Can I eat as much as I want?

It is best to use well known standards of body demands for essential nutrients. The suggested amount of each category in the normative portions is given below:

Protein: 2 – 3 portions a day
Grains: 6 – 11 portions a day
Vegetables: 3 – 5 portions a day
Fruit: 2 – 4 servings a day
Fats and oils: 1 – 2 portions of additional fat per day

Remember that your LEAP program was developed on the basis of information provided by you, your health goals and the results of your test. Any questions regarding product portioning and calories should be directed to the Program dietician.
